4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be detailed in the specific service agreements or proposals. All invoices are due and payable within the terms specified on the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality

ThistleBridge HR acknowledges and agrees that all proprietary and confidential information provided by clients will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logo designs, and other intellectual property on our website and in our service materials are the property of ThistleBridge HR or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of our services does not grant you any rights to use these intellectual properties.

7. Limitation of Liability
